About the project
Nexign Partner Management (NPM) — an Enterprise-grade Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system for managing the partner ecosystem of large businesses. NPM automates partner interaction and mutual settlement processes with any type of partner , supports complex commission schemes, and ensures seamless integration into the IT infrastructure , helping to scale the partner network, increase revenue, and launch new business models.

My task was to design interfaces that solve user problems and ensure convenience and clarity , taking into account the requirements for the Enterprise product's scalability, performance, and adaptability to business needs.

Designing Self-Service

Problem: Partners' dependence on internal managers to obtain data on accruals, which slows down operations and increases operational costs.

Solution (UX/UI): Development of the Partner Portal (Personal Account).
  • Near Real-Time Analytics: designing dashboards for the operational display of financial indicators, accruals, and progress towards KPIs/plans.
  • Communication management: designing interfaces for communication with a personal manager and processing partner requests/inquiries.

Managing complex financial logic

Problem: The need for flexible and rapid configuration of multi-level reward schemes without developer involvement.

Solution (UX/UI): Reward Calculation Constructors.
  • Calculation Rule Settings: Creating tools allowing business users to independently configure algorithms for calculating commissions, penalties, and bonuses based on various parameters.
  • Financial Transparency: Designing interfaces for the reconciliation of mutual settlements and the generation of a complete set of financial documentation (acts, reports), ensuring the verifiability of calculations.

Developing partner analytics and motivation

Problem: Lack of clear tools for evaluating the effectiveness of the partner network and quickly changing the motivation strategy.

Solution (UX/UI): Analytics Tools.
  • Widget Design: Creating infographic widgets for managers and executives that visualize key metrics.
  • Motivation: Integrating UI elements for grading, ratings, and bonus programs that visually incentivize partners to achieve KPIs.
  • Scalability: Designing interfaces that support an unlimited number of partner hierarchy levels.
