My Role
1. Client UI Redesign: I created a modern, mobile-responsive design, focusing on content hierarchy and visual consistency. 2. Custom Device Flow: I designed the UX flow and interface for the multi-room/multi-device channel customization tool, optimizing the logic for users to manage channel bundles post-subscription. 3. Admin Panel Design: I developed the Information Architecture (IA) and UI for the Manager Dashboard, ensuring managers could quickly view service statistics, manage user subscriptions, and monitor server information.

The design successfully expanded the product's functionality by introducing complex, user-specific customization capabilities.
